Social dialogue

The French legislator implements measures to boost social dialogue that includes all types of negotiations, consultations or simply exchanges between employers and employees. Since 1st January 2020, a social and economic committee (CSE) must be elected in companies the headcount of which reached at least 11 employees. The PACTE law (Action Plan for Business Growth and Transformation) allows you a better distribution of the added value with employees in a fiscally and socially favorable way.
